  First of all we stood there for 5 minutes before anyone greeted us and took our order. That should have been a red flag right there but I had promised my 8 year old son mozzarella sticks and didn't want to take him to a bar. (Next time I will) we waited over 20 minutes for our food. My husbands mid Roast beef turned out to be a Jr but we were charged for a mid because that's what I ordered. When we got the food they had forgotten the mozzarella sticks. They were ready when we were half way done eating. And they gave us a small instead of the large I ordered at which point I rolled my eyes at them. I finished my reuben, soggy bread and all because I had been starving. Just as we were finished eating they did bring us out a large order of mozzarella sticks which was a nice gesture but at this point I just wanted to get out of there. After all, we'd already been there an hour!
